Foi um previlégio assistir ao concerto do Fausto Bordalo Dias e banda no Teatro Viriato em Viseu. A Trilogia não é menos que literatura cantada e musicada!        |        It was a privilege to attend Fausto Bordalo Dias' and his band's concert at Teatro Viriato, in Viseu. The trilogy doesn't fall short of literature, in song and music form. 

Se não o conhecem, não deixem de ouvir o POR ESTE RIO ACIMA, CRÓNICAS DA TERRA ARDENTE e EM BUSCA DAS MONTANHAS AZUIS (e atentem às letras).         |        If you don't know his work, do not miss the albums POR ESTE RIO ACIMA, CRÓNICAS DA TERRA ARDENTE e EM BUSCA DAS MONTANHAS AZUIS (I'm positive they are tremendous in any language, but the lyrics are written in a luscious Portuguese).

O concerto deu aso a um guloso fim-de-semana.  A Tasquinha da Sé e o Dux Palace (imagem abaixo) foram boas surpresas. Acho que não é sacrilégio dizer que Viseu está a cultivar um bom viver, que petisca dos costumes antigos em abundância refinada!        |        Of course a touristic view of the city center was in order - so we made the weekend into a little treat. We went to Tasquinha da Sé and to the Dux Palace  (image below). Both are restaurants with traditional-based yet refined dishes to share . Those words could describe a younger Viseu I only got to know now.  It's a great surprise! This Viseu's people really enjoy life well.
